Who we are

Voprex Labs is a brand of AGHAZADA LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States ("we", "us"). Under it we make GotEmail, CopyCat, TempCat and Kitbar. The same company operates Open Analytics at getopen.so, which this site uses for visit counts, and its payment account is managed from its getopen.so address, which is why that domain appears there. You can reach us at support@voprexlabs.com.

Buying

Our Mac apps are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. They are sold through Polar (Polar Software, Inc.) as merchant of record: Polar charges you, adds any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt. Polar's Checkout Buyer Terms apply to the payment; these terms and the app's license apply to what you buy. The price is the one shown at checkout.

Delivery

Right after the purchase, Polar emails your receipt and your license key. You download the app from its page here (GotEmail from gotemail.net) and activate it with the key. If the key has not arrived within a day, write to us from the address you bought with.

Your license

Each app comes with a license for you: use it on the Macs you use yourself. Please do not share or resell the key. Updates come through the app. Where an app has its own terms, like GotEmail, they say more and apply to it.

GotEmail for iPhone

GotEmail for iPhone is bought in the app through Apple's App Store. Payments, renewals and refunds for it are handled by Apple under its terms.

Refunds

If an app is not for you, write to us within 7 days of buying and we refund you in full. The Refund Policy has the details.

ShipCat

ShipCat, our kit for building Mac apps, has its own terms and refund policy at shipcat.app.

Warranty and liability

Our apps are provided as they are. We work to keep them reliable, but we cannot promise they are free of errors, and to the extent the law allows our liability is limited to what you paid. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you buy applies to your purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
